Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.

  • This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • The building is a secure building with professional on-site security.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification are required. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Fees and Payments

  • Air Mattress ($50 each - 1 per unit).
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: GoodNight Stay is partnered with a baby equipment rental service. Please inquire if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity. This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises.
  • If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, first-come, first-serve street parking is available nearby.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally April 1st - October 31st from 10am-10pm at the discretion of the HOA.
  • The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted. Subject to availability.
  • Kitchen amenities provided: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
  • Bathroom amenities provided in each full bathroom: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
  • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom will be provided.
  • Additional starter amenities cannot be provided upon request; these are only to kick-start your stay.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit are provided in the unit.
  • The building has professional on-site security.

  • This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, occasional train noise may be heard on the balcony or at the pool.
  • The property is in downtown Nashville and guests may experience typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, construction, and see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. This is typical for the area and may not be suitable for guests sensitive to city environments.
